Creators and rights
Forty one creators, and what that actually means
A creator network is only useful if you know how people get picked, how they get paid and who owns the result. Here is all three.
How they get picked
We match on the product and the audience, not on follower count. A creator with four thousand followers who genuinely cooks every day will out-shoot one with two hundred thousand who does not. Every creator in the network has shot at least three pieces for us before they are offered to a brand.
How they get paid
A flat fee per piece, paid within fourteen days of delivery, plus the product. No performance clauses, because a creator cannot control whether you put spend behind it. The fee is between £65 and £85 depending on the format, which is roughly half of the £140 to £165 you pay us. The rest is the brief, the review, the rights paperwork and the reshoot when one is needed.
Who owns it
You get twelve months of worldwide usage across paid and organic, starting on delivery. The creator keeps copyright and may post it on their own channels unless you ask otherwise in the brief. Extending usage costs £30 per piece per year and you can do it at any point, including after the twelve months lapse.
What we will not do
We will not ask a creator to claim they bought something they were given, and we will not run a piece without an ad disclosure where one is required. This is not a moral position, it is that the fine is yours and the trust is theirs.
