Everyone who appears in something we shoot signs a release before the camera runs, including staff at your site. If someone will not sign, they are not in the shot. Releases are kept for as long as the footage is licensed and then deleted.

For the creators in our network we hold the name, contact details, bank details for payment and a record of what they delivered. Brands see the first name, the speciality and the city, never the contact details.

To quote, to shoot, to deliver and to pay people. Invoices and contracts are kept for six years because tax law says so; briefs and unused footage are deleted twelve months after a project ends unless you ask us to keep them.
